Xbox 360 in trade values and comparisons PS3?

I had an Xbox 360 for about 3 years now, and until enjoeyed recently. Everyone I know has / is switching to the Playstation 3. I thought about buying one for some time because of the free online and the overall experience of the Internet (not really concerned about the 360, called "best" online experience because I would sincerely rather than have free). So I have several questions 1. Is there really a difference between the PS3 and 360 experience? 2. Is it worth me trading my Xbox 360 and all games and accessories (see below) to help me save? 3.
