Xbox 360 for the Windows game controller mapping software?

I have an Xbox 360 that I use on my computer. A game I am using does not like analog control, so I was wondering if there is a free program that can make the game see the analog sticks as if they were 8-way D-pad - or perhaps inspired by keys on the keyboard. BTW thank you This is the wired version of the controller it came with a USB adapter connect to my computer

Xpadder or gameprofiler Pinnacle will both allow you to map buttons to keyboard and mouse, you can even convert I think that the trigger for a button.
