Xbox 360 vs. PS3 ????????

I'm debating between these two. I have a budget maximum of $ 500. I'm leaning towards the 360 because of game selection, but RROD is always a problem. I consider buying the arcade version of the new 360 with the Jasper chip. Is it still the same problem? Is exchanger solve the problem. If the PS3 side, it will have more games? Btw, I am a casual gamer not more than 10 hours per week.

depends really what you'll use your console ... if ur going 2 play many online games u should go with the 360 ... if ur in movies and music and surf the web to go with the PS3 ... I have the Xbox with RROD and I have the intercooler on it and it really helps I play Call of Duty 4 every day for about six hours and it does not break ... the PS3 is good for music, movies and surf the web ... dat sux the only thing about the PS3 to play online .. . many people to hack and cheat ... dey if its higher 2 U of personal preferences!
