How do I know if the Xbox 360, I bought a used Core "or" Arcade "system? Serial perhaps?

It has been manufactured according to the sticker 12-22-06. The label indicates that the console was manufactured 12-22-06. When I bought it came with a hard drive. I do not know if the hard drive came with the system or not. Basically, I'm not sure what the system came with. As far as I know, he could have preloaded games which have been deleted.

Normally, the versoin arcade does not come with a hard drive and has 5 (I think) game already pre-loaded on it. Otherwise I do not know.
