How can I fix my Xbox 360 wireless headset?

I bought the headset and two days later, completely stopped working. Now is the habit, even walking. I tried to bring to Gamestop, but they wouldnt take. Then I called Microsoft to see if they could fix and they said they wouldnt, so now I want to fix it myself. How do I do that? Also, I didn't have the reception.

is under warranty. Bring the receipt as proof of purchase and try to get it replaced. if can deny that then I can sue you. if it doesn't work receiving the threat will continue.
