PS3 - Well cool!

After buying a 40 "Sony Bravia we were looking to buy a BlueRay player - the price difference between a good BD player and the PS3 Slim has not been very different if I opted for the PS3 consoles. My only other foray for console games is a chest X-ago many years (I used mainly for playing DVDs! The PS3 surprised me in many ways ...

1) It is set up was easy via cable HDMIDI.

2) It automatically took our WIFI (I thought it should be an extra purchase). So I can now surf the net like "big screen!)

3) No extras are required to watch DVDs (I bought a DVD remote for £ 14, my parents found it easier to use than the controller)

4) BBC iPlayer (and five on demand) is finally in his own - the broadcast quality and resolution full screen are quite incredible. (Of those I tried, the only one I can ITV play is not one)

PS3 - Impressed

Ps3 - An upgrade Great for PS3 Old

Some time ago my old 60GB PS3 consoles died of yellow light of death and was told it would cost 120 pounds for a renovated one, but it came with a 3 month warranty, so I decided it would be a better investment for Slim new PS3 consoles, and I have not looked back!

First impressions were large, it is slim, stylish and after a few hours I noticed he was not a dust magnet like the old consoles PS3.

The hard disk capacity is large, but it is also even easier to upgrade your hard drive if you want a bigger one.

The Slim also manages literally silent, it is self-ventilated so you do not need to buy a fan for him and it wont fire easily, infact it has not warmed at all over since I got it.

Apart from that everything else seems the same for the implementation. I checked by software upgrade and ours is up-to date-.

For us, a great improvement on a system that we liked anyway - very happy to recommend.

PS3 - Very Good, Get One
